The Almis teapot is a tribute to Morocco’s ancestral tea ritual, born from Jonathan Amar’s longstanding passion for the art of ceremonial tea making. Four years of research and development were dedicated to refining its proportions and characteristics, resulting in a design that is practical, refined and distinctly contemporary. Its generous brass thickness and weight give Almis an exceptional sense of presence.
Almis O pairs its sculptural conical lid with a collar engraved by hand in oriental style.
Handmade in Fez by master metalworkers, each teapot passes through the hands of 16 artisans before final assembly.
Crafted in solid brass and available in nickel plated or silver plated finishes, Almis is designed for everyday use as much as it stands as a piece of contemporary Moroccan design.
Each teapot is presented in a handwoven textile bag made by artisans in Tangier, placed inside a handmade recycled presentation box.
